AmCham Azerbaijan signed a "Declaration of Support for Women’s Economic Empowerment"

President of AmCham Azerbaijan, Ms. Nargiz Nasrullayeva-Muduroglu attended a conference on June 24, 2022, dedicated to Women’s Economic Empowerment. The event highlighted a historic “Declaration of Support for Women’s Economic Empowerment” signed by AmCham President. The declaration aims to implement comprehensive and sustainable policies, procedures, and activities to promote gender equality and diversity in line with defined commitments, and have already been signed by over 45 AmCham all over the world.

The momentous event was attended by over 150 people, including senior government officials, corporate executives, member companies, and representatives of the diplomatic corps.

The conference was concluded with group presentations on the priorities identified as a result of the survey, focus group discussions, and key informant interviews.
