On 23 October 2026, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), in cooperation with the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan Investment and Export Promotion Agency, the Sabirabad District Executive Authority, and the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held an event in Sabirabad as part of the “Investment Journey” initiative.
The event featured presentations on the organized capital market and the opportunities it offers, ways to encourage greater interest in capital market instruments across the regions, and the opportunities provided by the Baku Stock Exchange’s Listing Advisory Programme to raise awareness of the capital market among the business community.
It is worth noting that this was the twenty-first event held as part of the initiative. Previous “Investment Journey” events have taken place in Masalli, Ganja, Khachmaz, Lankaran, Yevlakh, Gabala, Shamakhi, Shabran, Goychay, Shamkir, Nakhchivan, Guba, Shaki, Zagatala, Shirvan, Gusar, Mingachevir, and Agsu.
The “Investment Journey” events are held regularly with the aim of informing businesses operating in Azerbaijan’s regions about the securities market as an alternative source of financing and raising awareness of the opportunities it offers for business development and growth.
