BSU Launches “PEŞƏkar söhbətlər” Career Development Project

Baku State University (BSU), in collaboration with its Career and Alumni Centre, is launching the “PEŞƏkar söhbətlər” project, initiated by the university’s Student Trade Union Committee, to support students’ career development.

The project aims to provide students with opportunities to engage directly with professionals, gain a better understanding of labour market requirements and recruitment processes, and develop effective career plans.

As part of the initiative, meetings will be held twice a month, bringing students together with human resources specialists, company representatives, employers, university alumni, and experts from various fields. Participants will have the opportunity to benefit from their professional experience and practical advice.

The meetings will follow an interactive format, featuring topic-based discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and experience sharing. The initiative will also help students expand their professional networks and establish valuable connections for their future careers.
