SOCAR Opens Applications for the WIN Open Innovation Program

On August 21, 2026, SOCAR opened applications for the WIN (What is Next) Open Innovation Program, aimed at integrating innovative ideas and advanced technologies into the energy sector.

The program is designed to test technological solutions that enhance oil and gas operations and contribute to the energy transition in collaboration with SOCAR experts, as well as to assess their potential for implementation. It covers energy transition and low-carbon technologies, artificial intelligence, data analytics, digitalization, sustainable economy, operational excellence, as well as health, safety and environment (HSE).

Applications are open until September 12, 2026, to startups, technology companies and innovators from around the world. Selected participants will receive a testing budget of up to USD 20,000 to pilot their projects in a real operational environment in direct collaboration with SOCAR experts.
