Central Bank revoked the payment organization license of Modernis LLC

The Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan revoked the payment organization license of Modenis LLC by its resolution dated August 4, 2026, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Payment Services and Payment Systems." Mpay LLC was reorganized through a merger with Modenis LLC and is its legal successor.
