Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has presented a letter of appreciation to Meti Bayramli, Associate Professor of the Department of the History of Azerbaijani Literature at Baku State University (BSU). The letter and a commemorative gold badge were presented to the scholar by Malik Otarbayev, Adviser to the President of Kazakhstan.
In the letter, President Tokayev describes Meti Bayramli as a distinguished scholar who has devoted many years to the in-depth study of important issues in literary studies. He also commends the BSU associate professor for his contribution to promoting the works of Kazakh poets and writers, expressing his gratitude for his dedicated efforts to strengthen the cultural and spiritual ties between the brotherly nations.
