On 6 June 2026, the final match and award ceremony of the second season of the Revival Cup Charity Football Tournament was held. The tournament is organized at the initiative of the Karabakh Revival Fund (KRF), with the support of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), the main sponsorship of “Tamstore” supermarket chain , and media support from the “CBC Sport” TV channel.

The ceremony was attended by officials, representatives of the state institutions and companies participating in the tournament, members of the football community, donors and partners of KRF, sports journalists, and more than 1,000 supporters of the teams competing in the tournament.

Following the official opening ceremony, the matches began. In the first game, Avrora Group and Unicapital competed for third place. Unicapital claimed the bronze medals with a 7–4 victory.

The tournament final featured Bir Ecosystem and Azerconnect Group. After an intense and closely contested match, Bir Ecosystem secured a 3–1 win to become the champion of the second season of the Revival Cup Charity Football Tournament.

After the final match, the winners’ award ceremony took place. The ceremony was attended by Rahman Hajiyev, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund; Farid Huseynov, Chief Executive Officer of Bir Ecosystem; Emil Masimov, Chief Executive Officer of Azerconnect Group; Konul Mehtiyeva, Vice President of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA); and Vugar Namazov, Chief Executive Officer of Unicapital Investment Company.

The winners of the qualification stage were awarded first. Special awards were presented to Balakhani Operating Company, ADSEA, Yelo Bank and SOCAR, which finished in first place in Groups A, B, C and D of the qualification stage, respectively.

Special awards were then presented to the tournament’s best referees, Ali Jabrayilov and Mahir Mammadov; best goalkeeper Baba Gafarov (Azerlotereya); top scorer Murad Nuriyev (Caspel), who scored 26 goals during the tournament; most valuable players (MVPs) Farid Mammadli (Ministry of Health AEM) and Ilkin Mikayilov (Yelo Bank), who were selected based on the number of goals scored and assists provided; and Glensol, which was named the tournament’s Fair Play Team.

The Unicapital team, which finished in third place, was awarded bronze medals, while Azerconnect Group, the tournament runner-up, received silver medals. Finally, gold medals and the trophy were presented to Bir Ecosystem, the winner of the tournament.

Millennium, a company with a distinguished place in Azerbaijan’s food industry, treated participants and supporters attending the final event to delicious and refreshing ice cream. The company’s ice cream mascot also added a festive touch to the event.

40 teams representing state institutions and companies that donated to the Karabakh Revival Fund participated in the second season of the Revival Cup Charity Football Tournament (https://revivalcup.az/) to support reconstruction and development efforts in the liberated territories.

A total of AZN 115,000 donated to the Karabakh Revival Fund by the tournament’s sponsors and participaning teams  will be allocated to the development of sports infrastructure in the liberated territories.
