An event dedicated to the International Day of Multilateralism and Diplomacy for Peace was held at Baku State University (BSU).
Vice-Rector Shahin Panahov emphasized the importance of increasing young people’s interest in international relations, noting the key role of diplomacy in the global system.
Guest speaker Esmer Yusifzade from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan spoke about multilateral diplomacy, international cooperation mechanisms, and current security challenges.
The event highlighted Azerbaijan’s active engagement in multilateral platforms and provided students with insights into diplomacy and related career paths. It concluded with a discussion and Q&A session.
