On 10 February 2026, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) participated in an international forum dedicated to the development of capital markets in Azerbaijan, jointly organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), "ABB-Invest Investment Company" CJSC, and "Unicapital Investment Company" OJSC.
As part of the forum, Mr. Ruslan Khalilov, CEO of the Baku Stock Exchange, spoke at the panel discussion titled “Azerbaijan’s Capital Market: A Raising Funding Opportunity”. In his remarks, he shared insights on the readiness of capital market infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, the expansion of issuers’ access to the market, and efforts aimed at supporting market participants.
The main objective of the event was to create additional opportunities for the development of the capital market, discuss global and regional trends, and foster dialogue on improving the regulatory mechanisms shaping Azerbaijan’s capital market.
The Baku Stock Exchange continues to actively participate in initiatives aimed at deepening capital markets and implementing international best practices.
